The successes of the collaboration and the effectiveness of the KST Whole School Development Model

The Department of Basic Education South Africa recently acknowledged that the Fezile Dabi District in the northern Free State has a winning formula to achieving the excellent and consistent academic performance of 90% and above for four consecutive years (2016-2019).

This has been contributed to by the collaboration between Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation partner entity, KST, the Free State Department of Education (FSDoE) and the FirstRand Empowerment Foundation in the implementation of an integrated Whole School Development model that addresses infrastructure development, curriculum support, social welfare and leadership in schools at a district level.
