Over the years the Cell C Take a Girl Child to Work initiative has opened the doors of learning beyond the classroom, encouraging girls to strive for excellence, face their fears and embrace ambition. This initiative has had a powerful impact on the lives of more than a million girls, preparing a core of future women leaders who will be vibrant contributors to the economy and leading job creators for our country. We thank Sandown High School and Jeppe High School for Girls for allowing us to host their learners and exchange powerful conversations in our interactions. The engagements that took place would not have been possible without the support Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation staff, Cyril Ramaphosa Education Trust alumni and mentors who are always eager to participate in our youth development initiatives.
