Cyril Madiba
Cyril Madiba is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, holding a BCom in Accounting, an MBA, and over a decade of experience spanning auditing, investment banking, and the non-profit sector. He is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at the Cyril Ramaphosa Foundation and previously spent 10 years at ABSA Group.
A strategic and analytical leader, he is passionate about youth development and has served on the boards of SAICA, NSFAS, and the Youth Managers Foundation, as well as the Advisory Board of the Cyril Ramaphosa Education Trust.
As the Founder and Managing Director of The Growth Switch and the Cyril Madiba Empowerment Foundation, he has helped empower over 100 young South Africans, who are aspiring Chartered Accountants, to access much needed mentorship and guidance on their career journey. He is also a published author of five books and an active motivational speaker. His contributions have earned recognition including SAICA’s Top 35 Under 35, Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans, and a Social Impact Leader nomination at the Future of Leadership awards.
